We know you came here to break things,
however in order to ensure everyone has a fun and safe time
MiST asks that you please DON’T BREAK the following rules.
1.
If you bought it or you brought it you can break it… However smashing of the room is not allowed. NO hitting, kicking, or punching the walls, doors, crates, tables or windows in the smash rooms.
2.
DO NOT throw smashables at any doors, windows, ceilings, lights, or cameras.
Smashables may ONLY be thrown at the designated wall in each smash room.
3.
DO NOT pretend fight or swing smash tools at each other.
4.
Smashers must be 12+ years old to participate.
Ages 12-17 participation REQUIRES parent/guardian supervision.
5.
Every participant is required to READ and SIGN a waiver before entering the smash room.
IDs are required for 18+ at check in.

Close-toed shoes are required for all participants. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Absolutely no sandals, flip flops, crocs, ladies flats, heels (of any size), hey dudes or loafers.
7.
PPE will be provided for all participants (coveralls, face shields, safety glasses and gloves).
Do not remove any of your safety gear while in the smash rooms. ​
8.
All weapons/tools used will be provided by MiST. You may bring in your own smashables, but not your own weapons.
9.
All outside smashables must be approved by MiST staff upon check in. Please review our Donations page for a list of approved items. You may bring up to 10 additional CLEAN glass items and 2 electronics for free per session (not per person). A $5 disposal fee will be charged for each electronic.
10.
Please arrive 15 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled smash session. This will allow enough time to check-in, sign waivers and gear up without cutting into your smash time. Failure to do so will result in a shorter smash session. Arriving 10 minutes or more after your session begins will result in the session being rescheduled and a $30 rescheduling fee will be applied.

NO MORE than 2 participants per smash room at a time. Fellow smashers can watch from the viewing window and can tag-team in and out as needed. If at anytime your group has more than 2 people in the room, the session will be stopped and considered complete.

All rooms are continuously monitored and recorded. To purchase a recording of your smash session add it to your cart at checkout. All mobile/filming devices are welcome in the rage room at participant(s) own risk.
13.
No Alcohol: If you or others in your party appear to be intoxicated, you will not be allowed to participate. Our insurance does not allow alcohol on the premise and it is strictly enforced. ​
* If you intentionally try to hurt someone or any of our property you will be asked to leave without a refund.

To secure your smash session payment is due at the time of booking. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your session with no additional fees. If you cancel within 48 hours or miss your session, your payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $30 rescheduling fee.
